Can my clients see what my other appointments are?

No. OnlyBusy reads a title so you can see your own event, and never stores it or copies it onto another calendar. The block they see carries only the label you choose, is marked private, and has no guests, description, or location.

Do I need my client's IT department to approve anything?

Usually not. OnlyBusy uses the same personal OAuth consent any calendar app asks for. If a tenant blocks user consent entirely, a local background agent is on the roadmap for exactly that case.

Why not just share an iCal link?

Subscribed ICS feeds refresh every 6–24 hours and usually don't count as Busy in scheduling assistants. OnlyBusy writes real events, so Outlook and Google treat you as genuinely unavailable within seconds.

Will it create duplicates or loops between calendars?

No. Every mirrored block is tagged with a private marker and tracked by id, so it is never mirrored again, no matter how many calendars you connect.

Which calendars are supported?

Google Calendar (personal and Workspace) and Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online today. iCloud is next.

What happens if I cancel?

Disconnect any account and OnlyBusy removes every block it created, stops listening for changes, and deletes the stored tokens.
