What these tools do
OnlyBusy publishes five calendar tools. Each one runs in the browser, so the event, the time, and the week are not sent to an OnlyBusy account. Use a tool when you need a link, a file, a conversion, a cost, or a week plan, and you do not want to sign in.
The tools are separate from the product. OnlyBusy itself connects Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 and writes a private Busy block so another person's scheduler can see that you are unavailable. These pages never do that.
Which tool to open
Open Add to calendar when someone else should save one event. You get a Google, Outlook, or Yahoo link, plus an ICS download. Paste the link in an email, a button, or a post. The other person confirms once.
Open the ICS file tool when you need the file itself. It can include a repeat rule and a reminder. A reminder is written only into the file, not into the web links.
Open Time zones when one local time has to be read in other cities. Search for a city, keep the ones you use, and the list stays in this browser.
Open Meeting cost when you want a yearly figure for a recurring meeting. Enter the people, the salary, the length, and how often it happens, then calculate. The estimate is salary cost only, and it is not saved.
Open the Schedule builder when the week is the thing you want to share. Plan the blocks in the browser, copy a link, or download an ICS file, a text file, or a PNG. A week you build here is saved in this browser. A week you open from someone else's link is not written over that saved week.
Questions
Do I need an account?
No. These pages have no signup. You open a tool, use the result, and leave.
Are the tools free?
Yes. There is no charge and no cap on how many links, files, conversions, estimates, or weeks you make.
Does OnlyBusy store what I type?
No. The event, the time, the cost, and the week are handled in your browser, and OnlyBusy does not receive them. A time zone list and a schedule you save stay in this browser for the next visit. A schedule opened from someone else's share link stays in memory for that visit only.
Which tool makes a calendar link, and which makes a file?
Add to calendar builds a Google, Outlook, or Yahoo link, and it can also download an ICS file. The ICS file page is the one to use when the file itself is the goal, including a repeat rule and a reminder. Web links do not carry the reminder.
Can I connect Google or Microsoft here?
No. These tools do not sign in to a calendar and do not write into one. Connecting Google Calendar or Microsoft 365, and writing private Busy blocks, is the OnlyBusy app after you create an account.
Writing a private Busy block into someone else's Outlook or Google calendar is a different job, covered in show busy on Google Calendar and Outlook without sharing the event.
