OnlyBusy

OnlyBusy for fractional executives

Last updated 3 October 2026

Each client looks at their own Outlook or Google calendar. Time you spend with the other ones is invisible there unless something writes it down.

Several tenants, one week

A fractional CFO or similar seat usually has a personal calendar plus one calendar inside each client tenant. Scheduling happens in the client's tool, not through a link you send.

The board meeting on one tenant does not exist on the next. You look free. The hold comes after you are already booked.

The block they are allowed to see

OnlyBusy puts a native Busy event on each connected calendar. You pick the label per calendar, so one client can see External commitment while another sees Busy.

They never see the other client's name, the meeting title, the guests, or the location. That detail stays on the calendar it came from.

No admin project to get started

You connect Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 with the same personal consent screen other calendar apps use. Locked-down tenants that disable user consent are the exception, not the default.

Buffers can pad the handoff between clients so back-to-back calls on different tenants do not collide.
