What they are for

Reclaim schedules focus time, habits, and tasks around your meetings. As of 3 October 2026, the free Lite plan lists those features for one user, with one calendar sync and one scheduling link.

That is a different job from writing a private label into several client tenants.

What OnlyBusy writes

OnlyBusy writes a private Busy event and nothing of the original meeting. The label can differ per calendar.

It does not plan tasks, defend focus time, or move meetings.

Who should stay with them

Stay with Reclaim when you want software to protect focus time and place habits and tasks on your calendar.

Their pricing page is built around seats, AI agents, and scheduling range. That is the product to evaluate for that job.

Who should add OnlyBusy

Add OnlyBusy when a client's Scheduling Assistant must see you as Busy without receiving the meeting title.

The two can sit side by side. Reclaim organizes one calendar. OnlyBusy carries availability into the others.
