Consulting weeks split across a home calendar and the accounts clients insist on using. Availability has to show up in all of them.
The calendar they will actually check
A client coordinator opens Scheduling Assistant in their Microsoft 365 tenant, or Find a time in Google. They will not open Calendly unless you made that the process.
Work booked on your personal calendar, or with another client, is missing from that view. The slot looks open.
Busy, with the label you choose
OnlyBusy writes a private event in each calendar you connect. The event is enough for their scheduler to mark you unavailable.
Your calendar keeps the real title for you. Other calendars get only the label you set, and OnlyBusy does not store or forward the original title.
A solo seat
Solo consultants can start on the free plan with two calendars. Scheduling links, when you want a booking page as well, sit on the paid plans.
