OnlyBusy
OnlyBusy for agencies
Last updated 3 October 2026
An agency schedule is several people, and each person holds calendars inside more than one client tenant. A coordinator who books in the client's Outlook needs the rest of that person's week to show up as Busy there. The meeting title from the other client stays off that calendar.
Several consultants, several tenants
Each consultant connects the calendars they personally use: a home calendar and the accounts clients insist on. OnlyBusy writes a Busy event onto each of those calendars.
One person's client meeting does not need to appear on a colleague's calendar. It needs to appear as Busy on that person's other calendars.
What the coordinator sees
The coordinator opens Scheduling Assistant or Find a time inside the client tenant. They see a private event with the label that consultant chose for that calendar.
They do not see the other client's name, the guests, the notes, or the location. That detail stays on the calendar it came from.
Team billing
A seat for every consultant, central billing, and onboarding are arranged by email at privacy@onlybusy.com.
Individuals can still start on the public plans. Free covers up to 2 calendars. Standard and Premium raise that limit and add scheduling links.
