What they are for

CalendarBridge copies events between calendars. As of 3 October 2026, the individual pricing page lists Basic with 2 sync connections, Premium with 20, and Pro with 56, and up to 10 scheduling pages on each.

That is a full sync product. You pick it when the other calendar should hold more than a Busy label, or when you want their unified calendar and scheduling pages.

What OnlyBusy writes

OnlyBusy writes a private event and tags it so the block is never mirrored back. Re-syncs update that same event instead of stacking duplicates.

Disconnect a calendar and OnlyBusy removes the blocks it created, stops listening, and deletes the stored tokens for that account.

Who should stay with them

Stay with CalendarBridge when you want a copy of the event, with the detail level you configure, or when you want their scheduling pages and unified calendar.

Their pricing page says real-time sync for Google and Outlook events typically updates in under a minute.

Who should add OnlyBusy

Add OnlyBusy when the other calendar should learn one fact: this hour is taken. The meeting itself stays where it was booked.

If a tenant blocks user consent entirely, that calendar cannot be connected until the admin allows it. OnlyBusy does not request tenant-wide admin consent.

Price

As of 3 October 2026, CalendarBridge's individual pricing page says plans cost $4 to $40 per month depending on the plan and billing frequency. It does not list a free plan on that page.

As of 3 October 2026, OnlyBusy lists Free at $0 with up to 2 calendars and no scheduling links, Standard at $6 a month or $50 a year with up to 4 calendars and 4 scheduling links, and Premium at $12 a month or $99 a year with unlimited calendars and scheduling links.
