What they are for
SyncGene is a sync product for contacts and calendars. The pricing page says new subscriptions go to CiraHub, described there as a multi-way sync platform from the same team.
You pick a sync tool when the other account should hold a copy of the data, under the rules you set.
What OnlyBusy writes
OnlyBusy writes a private Busy event. It does not sync contacts, and it does not copy the appointment onto the other calendar.
The block is tagged so it is not mirrored back.
Who should stay with them
Stay with SyncGene or CiraHub when you need contacts and calendars copied between accounts, with rules for what flows.
That is a broader sync than a Busy label.
Who should add OnlyBusy
Add OnlyBusy when a client's scheduler only needs to know the hour is taken.
If a tenant blocks personal consent, that calendar cannot be connected until the admin allows it.
Price
